I really enjoyed my run this morning (got it done early do I could watch the rugby 🏉!)
I ran 30 mins steadily and as I wasn’t keeling over I wondered if I could go a little longer... and I managed 40 mins running before my legs decided they’d done enough!!
I’m loving the feeling of achievement I get after a run and I feel totally empowered (I cannot thank couch To 5k and this forum enough!!)
Now I get to relax...rugby time!!
