Hi all, I haven’t posted for some time but I have been lurking in the background! So I signed up for Ju Ju’s brilliant 10K plan last month and it has taken longer than planned but I finally ran 10.4K last Saturday although it wasn’t continuously as I took a few short walk breaks. So what I want to know is have I qualified or do I have to complete a full 10K without any walk breaks before becoming a bonafide 10K graduate?? I am aiming for 10K non stop but think it will be a while longer before I achieve it 🤨😉 lets hope the white stuff disappears soon and we get some lovely warm spring weather for our runs 😁😁
So am I an approved 10K’er or not yet?! - Bridge to 10K

I know ju-ju likes a walk break, so you're probably in the clear. Unless your breaks are a day long or involve a couple of pints down the swan and duck

My 10k included short walking breaks so no problems - you need to claim your graduation badge.
Many 10k graduates use short walk breaks, as do Marathon runners!
That’s a grand looking badge Foxes1961!

No, I've been getting bad joint pain & stiffness in the fingers this winter, ( anyone else had this? have had gloves on mainly)so for about the last week or 2 not had a run so keeping the hands warmer, it's improving with some heat and stretching, will get out as it warms up more, hopefully a jog next week..👐✌😊
