Rig, I just did this one today and have a question on the active hang. Should you drop your shoulders before you grab the bar or should you dead hang and then drop your shoulders? Does it make any difference?
I was in the gym and forgot all the numbers of what we should be doing and kept thinking, " I'm sure it wasn't 13 pull-ups" 😩 😩
