Round the second time

Last October I graduated C25K then promptly stopped. I didn't mean to. I signed up for Parkrun. Then I just slumped in front of the pc at lunchtime and made mental excuses. I'm just starting week 2, having had a stop-start with week 1, and all ready the routine is kicking in again. Intent, plan, do - and I feel so much better mentally, and physically my body is welcoming the exercise. My midriff feels like it is doing sit ups! I feel confident and fearless, knowing that even come Week 5 it will pass like it did last time and I've all ready done it once. I don't even have to think about it. I've all ready done it.... so move on! I fully intend to get to Park Run the first Saturday past graduation day and every other weekend on my way to Waitrose for my coffee and my groceries. I regret losing the fitness I achieved, and I'm not going to lose it again.

I would really like the idea of a C25K graduate shirt - is there one available?
