What an amazing week. Completed with a 5k tonight which although a bit of a grumbly one it was nice to get a run in after the long one on tuesday. Then after my run I was off to fat camp for my weekly weigh in and received my 3.5 stone lost award. Which also means I have hit my weight loss target. So I really wanted to share and celebrate with you all what has been a pretty amazing journey of weight loss, journeying to 10k and general health gains. The support and help of the forums and members has played a big part in this, so thank you all :) you are all amazing!
