Did my first 10k this morning ๐ฎ was thinking about it all week! Never said anything to anyone. Left home before 6am and just went out at my normal pace (look at me talking about normal pace ๐) kept thinking how amazing it will feel to hit 10k! (yes if felt amazing if not a little better)
I started c25k alongside a change of diet at the start of February to lose weight and get healthy
My weight when I started was 17.12 stone itโs now......14.11 stone โบ๏ธ
For anyone who wanted an update from Alice.... sheโs very proud of her Daddy โบ๏ธ
What happens next for the man who has never run in his life?
Donโt know.....but what I do know is...... my next run is on Monday and I canโt wait!
Happy running everyone and thanks for all the wonderful support ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป

Yes, that is a great achievement, that time of 59.08 for a 10k is excellent, under 1 hour, many people here on C25K 'dream' of running under 30 minutes if it's a 5k and just under an hour if it is a 10k, you have achieved that goal, your daughter Alice must be very proud of you.
Brilliant achievements in fitness, health and - OMG - SPEED! Sounds like you're a natural, and - most importantly - enjoying it too. Well done, and keep on running!
Congratulations! That is pretty amazing stuff ( esp at 5:53) weโll done. I started at about the same time but am nowhere near that!! Happy running :-))
