Just been for my first run in over two weeks and my first run after having flu. I ran very very slowly. Testing the waters...
Lots of other runners out today that seemed to be flying along but I didn’t succumb I kept plodding along very slowly. I even managed very good posture as I had to keep my head up to stop my nose running! Only did 4 k but I’m back in the game! 🤩
