Thanks for Sharing. Really interesting. My running style is much more of a shuffle though 😉

Doesn't have to be :)

I have a reasonable pace and distance. I’m quite short at 5’ 2” so my stride is short. The video shows lifting knees quite high, would this be worth trying? Any advice welcome, although I am a happy newer runner 😀

That really high knee lift is mostly a running "exercise" - however consciously swinging the upper leg from the hip by lifting the knee a little apparently causes the foot to follow through into a longer stride - and hence faster pace. But it would take some practice and may prove to be a little more energy consuming :(

Thanks Bazza ! Great video. However my running will never be that good, but it’s good to watch and maybe pick up some pointers from it.😀😀

Interesting video, thank you Bazza. I agree with his comments about hill work, good for technique, although I am sure my technique needs lots of work! Videoing ourselves running would probably be interesting. The only video I have is one hubby took of me at the end of a race - definitely not the best technique, legs would hardly move!!
