After 2 years of running 5K regularly and surprisingly enjoying a festive 5 mile race in 52 minutes, I thought I'd try the Liverpool Spring 10K in May. I'm running for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. I completed bridge to 10K last year and intend to do it again over the next few months. Really looking forward to it!

Get those training runs in and you'll be good to go. Training steadily and carefully, eating right. Job's a good un!

Good to see you back here again. You've conquered a 5 mile race so a 10K will be no problem for you. Enjoy the training and let us know how the race goes 🙂
