Totaly getting the running itch I need to scratch! Currently resting a achy knee iv had since doing the park run on sat. Having a week off but sposed to be training to do a 10K in June let’s hoping I get there. 🤞💕

You'll get there, just take it slow and steady. Once your knee feels better, do a few short runs and slowly build your distance up.
