... Unheard of for me. But I did it. Today's run wasn't the exhilarating experience that I had on Thursday, it was hard and I wanted to stop after 4k but kept going. To my huge surprise, I got my best time yet, although I deliberately took it as slowly as I thought was possible.
In my head, I always simply for "a light jog" which is what Sarah used to say on the C25k and that works for me.
In the last stretch, I ran faster for about a minute, and it felt good.
Thanks to this program, and the support on this site, I honestly think I have never been so healthy in my life.
