Graduated a few weeks ago. Re-ran week 9 from the c25k for a few weeks . Today did the c25k+ podcast run and really liked it . I think I will carry on with the podcasts for a while . When do you think I would be ready to try out the 10k program ?

Hi!! I’m just wondering exactly same thing! I could have written that post!! I’m hoping to sign up for Ju ju’s next training programme for 10 k and see how I get on. 😀

By the sounds of it you've both ready now as long as you feel ready

Check out juju's plan it's really good, there's a 5k a shorter run and then a longer run every week so it's a nice gradual increase on what you're doing now

I am THE biggest Stepping stones podcasts fan. I run them all the time . They rock and will deffo get you moving towards Juicy Ju’s programme. Do them for a while and you will get stronger

You could do them both, as JJ’s plan is fully structured. There is no hurry though and no pressure. You have to grow those running legs carefully and safely, while having fun 🙂👍🏃‍♀️

That makes sense . Thanks. I will carry on with the podcasts for a while . As i was a passenger yesterday stuck on the M25 on our way to Brighton : I looked at Juju’s YouTube video’s and weekly descriptions . “10 is the magic number “ program looks good. It is nice to have a goal 🌷
