3k intervals and hill training

That was a hard run yesterday, having not been for a run for nearly a week due to Christmas and working nights. I did it though in my nice new trainers, at the time I was so focused on getting the 3k done , I never gave my trainers a thought but afterwards I seem to think that I struggled slightly as my knees and legs were found different things, that is they were behaving different to normal and kept trying to run as previous instead of relaxing into it, ( new trainers following gait analysis), I did find that they were nice and bouncy on landing though. Anyone else found they struggled to run following gait analysis trainers? X
