If it is any Consilation a dog went missing the other week round our way on The coldest weekend of the year. He went missing on Saturday and on Monday he jumped in to the arms of a dog walker. The whole community was out looking for him. Wishing him a safe journey home.

You know what, I think it is a great idea for lost dog details to be shared with runners as they are often about at the right sort of times... and sadly their disappearance is sometimes assisted so they may turn up a long way from where they were lost.

Yes, early morning and late evening runners are quite likely to spot dogs that are hiding and only coming out when it’s gone quiet.
