3 parkruns in 2 days

It's coming up to that time of the year where we can do 3 parkruns in 2 days - last year it was consecutive days Sat/Sun, Sunday being New Years Day. This year it will be Sat/Mon . It was VERY hot here last year - 35C+ on both days and the parkruns were a struggle. I managed to do them all around 34-35 minutes but I remember suffering. This year I am aiming at 40 minutes each - still listening carefully to my foot as I go along. It has been reasonably "happy" so far - and I am going to have another xray in the first week of January - I am expecting to see considerably more healing in process than the last one 2 months ago. I am getting what feels like me to be "tissue pain" - feels like what you get when you have a skin wound and the scab gets caught on something. I have read that when we break bones the first thing the body does is to generate scar tissue to hold it all together and it is this scar tissue that continues to cause pain after the bone has healed
