Morning all ! Hope you are all ok.
Just finished my HIIT. I hadn’t done this for a while so I thought as I had been working yesterday and covered 9.12k in steps,today would be a rest day. However after a lovely lie in with hubby and a nice cuppa,then breakfast I decided to do the above. I must admit I did enjoy it and it made a change from just running,all the time.
I managed to burn off my breakfast so that was good and I felt as if I had done something.
Anyway that’s all for now. I’ll be back outside running next week.
