I have just recently joined Bridge to 10k, and have just started Juju's plan, so hello everyone!!
I am looking for something to listen to whilst running that will keep me distracted, now that I've finished the C25K! Either playlists, or podcasts. I only have an iPod nano so I can't stream anything live or use Spotify or anything, so I'm after something I can download. Does anyone have any good suggestions? I'm also just nosey and would like to know what keeps everyone going
