No running during the week this week as hubby is away so I have full parental responsibilities including school meetings, lifts to and fro dancing, football training, blah, blah, blah. An enforced rest week!

Ha ha sneaked in a 5k tonight after all! Despite the cold I was still hot and sweaty after a mile.

I've only done a handful of runs since graduating c25k months ago. Bit the bullet this afternoon with a new location and a 30min run/walk. It was hard, and hilly, but I enjoyed the lovely forest trail much more than my usual slog along the road. Feeling great and hoping my enthusiasm lasts...
