Well completed three runs of 6.4, 7.0 and 7.0 km respectively this week. Possibly still a tad too long but really enjoyed them all... despite the weather lol. Onward and upward

Looking good! I am struggling to fit in more than 2 runs per week, one at the weekend and one mid-week, due to family commitments. Well done you, just don't go too crazy and pick up an injury.
