A new beginning.: So it's time for a change of... - Bridge to 10K
A new beginning.
Nothing wrong with a new beginning - I would love to start a new beginning but I would need a new right foot to do so.
Love a new beginning!
well done, you look fabulous!
Well done, but I didn't know facial hair weighed sooooo much.
That's great! Are you doing C25K?
I was gonna say that but thought I might get into trouble 😎
C25K ladies please this is why I only post now in Bridge to 10K !!! Some will know I have PD ,(but I don't suffer with it) to a certain extent it attempts to control my life but it does not dominate my existence. During the last 18 months I have rekindled my limited ability to run. Also taught myself to ride a mountain bike for the duathlon. I have always been interested in extreme sports..
The wet suit in the photo is an entry level Triathlon swim suit. Yes that's were I am going for 2018 but at this point I cannot swim.
PD has a lot to answer for but I will overcome every obstacle it attempts to put in my way
PS. Rita has a damaged hamstring. If I take her place (and finish) in the Doncaster ,10k on Sunday can I have badge?
Hi Mike. The admins. on the forum would decide on the badge Realfoodieclub ju-ju-
If you run it, enjoy! Hope Rita gets over the injury quickly.
Looking good there Mike! It bodes well for the future adventures
You're much braver than me to consider entering into triathlon territory - I can swim (as in get from one end of the pool to the other without drowning) but would find the idea of a triathlon quite daunting.
Huge kudos to you for setting yourself some great challenges and meeting them in the past - hope you now enjoy learning how to swim. I know this is a running forum, but it would be interesting to follow how you get on.
This is great - triathlons are brilliant fun! Enjoy your training
