Burglar Bill....but no...its just me..24th day completed of the December Marcothon.

A very gentle 5K..made slower by a failed attempt to draw a Christmas tree for Strava at!

Four year Runniversary was last Friday...but i have been so whinging and grumpy , bowed down with issues and self pity..so i did not post.

However...sorting myself out..and feeling more Flossish..so intend writing an Anniversary ramble soon..( Oh joy... I hear you cry)!

The weather has not helped...and we are getting the issues sorted slowly... It is just that r OF has started on the not so pleasant path of Dementia and it is taking a while to get everything on an even keel

Good for you, OF--FOUR YEARS of running! Wow! I've been missing your rambles and have been blue myself. Perhaps it's "that time" of year. We've had little snow, knock on wood, so I've kept up my running (e.g., "jogging.")
