Nothing wrong with a new beginning - I would love to start a new beginning but I would need a new right foot to do so. :(

Well done Mike! I think you will feel better for dropping a bit of weight 🙂👍🏃‍♂️✔️

I weigh in on Friday hoping for a little loss. Ever the optimist ....

Sorry to hear you’re still not right Baz 😕

C25K ladies please this is why I only post now in Bridge to 10K !!! Some will know I have PD ,(but I don't suffer with it) to a certain extent it attempts to control my life but it does not dominate my existence. During the last 18 months I have rekindled my limited ability to run. Also taught myself to ride a mountain bike for the duathlon. I have always been interested in extreme sports..

The wet suit in the photo is an entry level Triathlon swim suit. Yes that's were I am going for 2018 but at this point I cannot swim.

PD has a lot to answer for but I will overcome every obstacle it attempts to put in my way

PS. Rita has a damaged hamstring. If I take her place (and finish) in the Doncaster ,10k on Sunday can I have badge?

You're much braver than me to consider entering into triathlon territory - I can swim (as in get from one end of the pool to the other without drowning) but would find the idea of a triathlon quite daunting.

Huge kudos to you for setting yourself some great challenges and meeting them in the past - hope you now enjoy learning how to swim. I know this is a running forum, but it would be interesting to follow how you get on.
