Lovely morning.....for a run

Had a really great 10k run this morning - very blustery so lots of white horses but blue sky and only one sharp shower! 😄 Pace was quite quick (for me) helped along by dog power 🐾🐶

Yes, I am very lucky to be able to run by the sea. It was so breezy yesterday that at one point I was literally being pushed along by the wind!

We've got a Springer with us at the moment, but she hasn't learnt to run with me properly. Yesterday she did a flying leap at my chest to stop me running too far away from the others! But boundless energy and very affectionate (considering she's not my dog!). And a tail that goes on for miles!

Springers are lovely dogs. 😄 Squiggs loves pulling but not always uphill when I need him to!! 🐾🐾
