Yesterday I set up my MyAsics plan for my HM training. I missed this last year, it has become quite a fun ritual. 1st of November HM training starts. I am full of cold but the plan doesn't start till next week so that's ok. 18 weeks to my first HM next year then one 11 weeks after. This year I have told MyAsics that I don't run so my first run is 1km. Hehe I am running 5km a week at the moment but I want to start my training plan off slowly as I have had a bit of a struggle this year and I want my training plan to be a positive addition to my life not something that stretches me past what I can do.
I have a new phone this year so I am actually thinking about using the voice coach. I have heard different reports on this so it should be interesting.😀.
