Now that I’m following the myasics plan, the last couple of runs kind of felt a little like starting over with a 5k and a 7k yesterday and another 7 tomorrow. But we are back to a 10.5 on Friday to get things back to normal. I just found a whole separate mobile running app built into my Fitbit app that I did not know about all this time!! And it’s much less annoying than Asics nagging Nancy, so I tried it out yesterday. The interface was bit nicer too IMO as well. And the manual input into the myasic calendar worked fine too.

Just a few regular run days
Hi Decker what is the Myasics? and could I down load it onto my I shuffle ?
Nice to read your post.
Happy running! 😀😀
If you go to myasics.com on the computer, you can setup a training plan after answering a few questions about the distance you are training for, what you are currently running etc. I plugged in training towards a half marathon, to get through the winter. Its quite good in that it then creates a plan that you can shuffle run days forward if needed etc. I could also add it to my icalendar, and it sends email reminders for runs. Its not for everyone, but I like the structure. It also has an associated phone app that i downloaded on the apple store. The app has a voice over option for distance and pace etc, that can be a little annoying, but still works well in tandem with the calendar. I don’t really know if its compatible with the iShuffle though as I use it with my iphone.
Eh? Fitbit app? What is it Decker ?
I have a fitbit watch and it comes with an app you can download off the apple store. I only just realized it has a deeper mobile gps running app (with voice cues and mapping) built into it😀 after using it for 6 months!
🤔 I need to look into this!!
Congrats on finding your hidden running app and being able to avoid Nagging Nancy, she sounds like a chore 😆.
