From when I started running last April up till December I was out there 3 times a week. Maybe not too structured but out there. Then January hit. Weather โน๏ธ Darkness โน๏ธ Childcare commitments ๐ all got in the way. At the end of February I noticed weight loss and several tests came back worrying so came to a grinding halt. Am now getting encouraging noises (nothing to corncern me say the experts) so not out of the woods yet but can look ahead again. Iโve downloaded the C210k app just to have some structure. Having said that I went out today with week 5 (cautious!!) and then ignored most of the prompts!! Delighted to find it all felt fine and it was great to be out in the spring warmth. I now remember why I did this and WILL make time to get out there again. Happy day.

Me too - it was fun yesterday and went for a long walk (8k) in the afternoon. Maybe could call it a pub crawl as it involved 2 pubs!! ๐
