Graduated from C25K yesterday. Looking forward to consolidating with the current target of 10k by end of year.

Take time to consolidate your 30 min running so your body and legs can catch up with you and get strong. The c25k+ podcasts are good for that. Then do a slow and steady build up to 10k - the mantra stays the same.
I agree with you, the toxic 10 is more like the toxic 20 for me too.

Wow, well done with the C25K. It took me a few weeks of consolidation of 5k before I started working towards 10K. And don't forget to do strengthening exercises between times on your rest days as it all helps build those running legs.
