I've always said I wouldn't claim 10K badge honours before I've run my fifth 10K distance, and Thursday was the day. Now I think I'm comfortable and have worked out how to properly pace myself. In other words, and this is coming from me of all people, I am happy with what I've done

Fantastic, well done! If you add your name here : healthunlocked.com/bridgeto... then I will give you one... ( we like to keep all the graduates on the one post for the stats)....
Kudos mrrun...well done on getting that 10k distance well and truly nailed 😊
I think you have well and truly earned your shiny badge, well done! It is nice to know you can repeat the distance and the first time wasn't just a fluke but I think you have proved it beyond doubt! So now to enjoy those 10k runs.
I claimed my badge within SECONDS of returning from my first 10k, so I think you are amazing for being so thorough
I am a famously impatient person and will always peek at Christmas presents. So no delayed gratification here.
Anyway mrrun, congratulations to you; how about a run report?
