Getting there .. slowly

Have enjoyed my runs more this week after a wobble with my blood glucose during running last week. Pretty sure I've cracked it now :) Am currently increasing from 5k to 5 miles as have my first 5 miler in December. My knees are still giving me pain although it is now a different pain from when I first started running and am thinking this might me more to do with my arthritis and the colder weather. They hurt at the beginning of a run and afterwards for a couple of days but not during. Have park run in the morning where I'm still hoping to get sub 30. Am hoping that as I'm now running 7.5k normally , that 5k will be really easy. Ummm right :D
