Parkrun - Parkfun! I'm hooked!

Ran my first ever Parkrun this morning and I LOVED it!

Fantastic, supportive atmosphere, with loads of smiling people in all shapes, sizes and ages coming together to do what they love. And today, I was privileged to be one of 'em.

They are just amazing aren't they? I love them. Try and do one every Saturday now - although am a bit of a Parkrun tart and alternate between the five or six close to me!

Just to think that so many of us had no idea that tens of thousands of runners met up on a Saturday morning just to have a fun time and launch the weekend.

So glad you enjoyed it. It really is a celebration of exercising for fun.
