I'm giving parkrun away!!!

This week's Aussie newsletter tells us of boy twins who are doing their 100th parkrun this Saturday - at the ripe old age of 6 years, 2 months and 27 days. AND - what's more their PB's are in the 25 mInutes.

  • Meaning they started as 4 years old? Wow

  • Apparently that is the youngest age that anybody can be to register with parkrun.

  • I'm in awe of the youngsters who attend my local Parkrun in Burnham - they're amazing!

  • Anyway - I don't think that their PB's are so great!! IF I had started running parkrun at age 4 YO, I would be much faster than that by now!! :)

  • Always watch out for the little ones. Their legs are short and their times are quick
