Fancied a change for yesterdays run and a bit short on time so went for Laura's Speed C25k+. It was a bit like meeting an old friend after a long gap. Last time I tried this programme it didnt go well but yesterday was great. Its nice just to mix things up every now and then and not stick too ridgedly with Bridge to 10k

Hi valcart, I used the c25k programme but haven't used the c25k+ or bridge to 10k but the running group I go to do running 1wk then speed or Hill training on other weeks. We always cover approx 3-4 mile no matter what we do but it definitely mixes things up a little and helps to reach those parts of the body that don't want to be reached👍blimey the hills 😩😁
I use the C25K+ Speed and Stamina, on their own or within other runs, regularly, as do many of us.. great fun!
Yes, I've just recently gone back to the Stamina and Stepping Stone podcasts and as you say, it's like meeting an old friend! Glad you enjoyed Speed
Yup! I think I am actually addicted to Stamina....
Yes, I like the C25k+ podcasts too, although find it difficult to keep to the beat of Stepping Stones!
