It was slow and it was gentle and it was a long way off from where I was, but today I tested my back and leg with a gentle run/walk/run kind of thing! Still recovering from damaged nerves after a nasty bout of sciatica but this afternoon I couldn't resist seeing how my leg felt on a short test run. Still a little on the weak side, so not ready for much just yet but definately much improved on my last Jogette a couple of weeks ago. So, now I am smiling ๐ and hopeful that the summer will see me slowly improving and getting back out there, building back up to the longer runs that I love in the autumn hopefully. I will take it carefully because it is being back out there that matters - not speed or distance (for a while๐) Fingers crossed that all feels well tomorrow.๐

Hi Sandra - really sorry to read that you've had a rough time of injury and illness recently. Brilliant that you are recovering though - take those gentle runs very gently indeed for now. x
