No real problems a few little ackes that did not last too long .
The gremlins were out in force with all sorts of suggestions first well just make it a practice run then why not do 2 x12 mins and even at the 20 min lets do another 20 min run and maybe another on sat would make 3 x 20 min and start to increase next week.
But managed to keep them at bay and did 25 mins and by the time i got home wanted to go again.
