I partly conquered my dislike of the wind this morning. I found that it can be my friend when I'm feeling all hot!
Did w3r1 of Sam Murphy - at least the music is better than week 2! Kept going to 7k - in the middle of my run I doubled back a bit in order to get the distance up.
Feeling happy with that and looking forward to taking it up further, gradually of course π

Is week 3 when you get the Shakira track? The lyrics are a bit mad and always make me laugh. The first time I heard it was when I had somehow got into a field but couldn't find my way out and Shakira warbling about the size of her chest π
