Hello everyone! It's been a very loooooong time as I shifted from Delhi to Mumbai and changed jobs! Very hectic, wonky schedules, adjustments = no running. I'm posting today mostly to keep myself accountable to you guys. Ran 4 km yesterday slow, very slow ....took 30 + minutes. Want to get back in groove as sing for a half marathon in Jan 2018 and to qualify need 10 km or half marathon race timing by October. Wish me luck! Looking for the support I've always received here.
