My new HM taper plan

I have worked fairly hard, training for my HM on 09April and have decided to adopt a new style of taper. It will involve mostly walking and some short runs in the 9 days leading up to the race. It also will involve times of relaxation and eating - including some French pastries . I hope it works for me !
