Three x 4am stamina runs = a double bubble in daylight tomorrow.

Hi folks, I hope that everybody has had a good week so far.

This morning I completed my third stamina run for the week.

It can feel a bit strange, running along feeling that your being watched from afar. What is even more disturbing, is that even as the pace increased he was still looking at me over my left shoulder. With a cheesy smile and being even more folliclly challenged than myself, he was keeping pace with me. Panic can quickly take over, when you realise that it's 4am and your not alone, running across the causeway.

Then again it's lovely running along, looking at the sea bathed in moonlight.

I've decided to do a double stamina run in the morning as a treat, plus I will have the added bonus of running in daylight. I will have the rest of the weekend to recover so i'm looking forward to testing my stamina.

Look after yourselves and enjoy your weekend runs.

All the best.

I would love to run at that time of the day but my shoes don't work until 8 at the earliest.

Yes, sounds like a great run Wiggy. 👏🏻👏🏻 My shoes are the same Tomas. They only worked once at 6:45am, which was heavenly, but since then have been on a go slow from after 9am! 😂
