I am marathon training with my running club, only doing half. Sunday morning is distance run we did 4.34 last week jumping to 8 tomorrow.

It's only a number 😉 Nice and slow and you'll be tickety boo.
Keep calm, remember it's distance not speed, slow and steady, you'll do it 😄 - I do think that's quite a big jump though, plans I've followed take you from 3, to 4.5, then to 6.5, then 9 /10.5,
But as Irishprincess says, it's only a number......slowly, slowly...😉

Did 6.3 10k, got given choice of shorter route.
