Anybody doing the Exeter Age UK 10k on Sunday morning.

How did you get on today at Exeter

I was really happy - did it in 67 mins and no walking breaks (I usually stop at roads hoping for traffic, or looking at the lambs etc!). Hope you had a good run too?

Well done. There is another 10k race in Exeter on 3rd April for Hospice care. Also GW run in Oct TBC

I 'd like to do the GW but I'll have to work reallly hard bewteen now and then to get to that standard. Will you be doing it?
