I know! i saw it on telly too. The kids seem all smiles so obviously enjoying it ☺

There was an article in the DM on the same day about the best pain releif for arthritic knees etc, and that was an interesting read too as it shed light on strengthening to alleviate pain

The lady I was waiting with in the start area for park run this morning told me about this. Lovely.

I'm sure some parents would complain though! My kids would love it!

I saw this on the news and thought what a brilliant idea. It should be compulsory for all schools. I do read the DM. I don't believe a word of it but I like the pictures. ☺️
