I did this run on Christmas Eve. Did it again this morning and knocked more than a minute off my time. Still walking most of the uphill sections (one of them is a 16% gradient!) but my legs definitely felt stronger today. My lungs weren't keen though...

Well done on that improvement! Hills are tough and I am trying to use them on sone of my runs to improve my strength but, like you, the lungs protest! Such a sense of achievement though when you crack one. (I should say, I am talking relatively small hills here too!☺)
And I see you have Asics Gel Pulse 7s... I'm still on my Gel Pulse 5's but 6 or 7s will probably be the next pair. The wide toe-box is essential for me.
