I went for another 10k run on Saturday and so rested on Sunday. I had a bit of an achy knee, nothing serious so decided to stick to a 5k run today. Set off and just set my Runkeeper app to tell me kms covered. Yes I did manage to keep to 5k but accidentally ran my fastest ever at 6 min per km, how did that happen, still not really a restful run. Will do 5k again on Thursday and this time keep it to a plod. It is amazing how I must still be getting fitter, just need to keep it down so I don't show off to myself and end up injured
