BUT - did you use the treadmill???????????????????????????????
NO!!!!!!!!!! I was too scared...but I did do 20 mins on the bike, 23 mins on the cross trainer and 10 mins on this other jumpy thing listening to 90's remixes...how sad am i !!!!

It did sound lovely but I just need to bite the bullet at some point - but there was too many people around for me to try today... next time?!!

I am really looking forward to having some time soon using the treadmill exclusively. I think that I have become a bit of a plodder - a bit of a shuffler - on the roads - so the treadmill will work that out of me. You can't shuffle and/or plod on a fastish treadmill!!!

It was horrendously windy here on Sunday so I postponed my run. I did it yesters instead but it was still wild. Enjoyed it though, and it came for free ☺
I don't mind the gym for a change when the weather is proper rubbish. I like the variety and the opportunity to do something different including strength stuff.
(And I feel a bit smug when I can actually run on a treadmill as I didn't used to be able to run at all!).
I was so tempted to do the same last Tuesday. Actually I wish I had,because I ended up not running at all because it was so wet. Won't make that mistake again -2 runs a week is not enough!
