That's really good Baz! I enjoyed that.

Glad I moved to lower drop shoe! Hopefully no more foot slap! It's all about balance, but it takes practice. You have to work at it, unless you're a natural that is, but I doubt many of us are

This has made me think that perhaps before I move on to another running "plan" , I could spend some time looking at how I run. I have seen some drills whereby you start to run and stop after 5-6 steps and do it all over again many many times. It is at the start of a run that we "lean" forwards - and without lean we go nowhere.

Try standing up straight up and raise one knee - standing on one leg. Where do you go?? Nowhere!! You have to lean forwards to start moving forwards.
