1.My mother is initially diagnosed with Breast cancer on 2011, mastectomy was done and 6 chemos done and was doing well till 2017

2.In 2017 again few lesions recurred in the same breast and biopsy confirm as ER+.So 30 days radiotherapy was given and was continuing with letrozole 2.5mg tablet till date.Evert year once we took PET CT scan, periodic xrays, blood tests and there is no evidence of disease

3.In 2019 she had some pain in abdomen and upon taking USG we found it was portal vein thrombosis and parenchymal liver disease. So she is taking tablet for the same and stable still now.

In the last USG taken before 4 months there is no issues

Yesterday we went to routine chek up and the USG impression is there was Hypoechoic lesion measuring 1.7 cm in left lobe of liver, LFT,AFP tests are normal.

I am very worried that lesion is related to cancer or not, and going for CT abdomen tomorrow

Anyone came across same scenario pls share your thoughts
