I am already a breast cancer patient. Stage1, er,pr strongly positive, her2 negative, grade 2. Oncotype dx report suggested no chemo so on femara 2.5mg one tablet daily for minimum 5 yrs. I was offered mastectomy in Feb 20, and after that on femara once daily. So far so good.

I am 54 yrs old female with no biological children of my own. Hence I was advised to take BRCA test done.

Report came just yesterday and it reads " Variants of uncertain significance ". I wanna know what it means and what precautions do I to take which can give me healthy long life.

Thanks
