Hi. I was detected with TNBC in August, 2017- MRM was done in left breast with axial clearance 4/31 axillary lymph nodes were found affected after histo pathological test. T1N2 M0, ER, PR +, HER2+- Equivocal, FISH - Negative.
Post Surgery PET CT was reported to be without any abnormality..Had 8 cyles of Chemotherapy (4 EC+ 4 Paclitaxol) with 14 days interval which complted in Jan,2018.
During Radiation Therapy Planning Radiation Oncologist felt presence of one IMN to be little bit larger in first CT which has been found to be decreased in size after chemotherapy and she opined that one of the IMN was also affected and PET CT report was reviewed and revised with a comment that very less FDG activity has been noticed in one IMN.
20 cycles (15+5) of radiations were given which completed in 1st week of April, 2019.
Now on Letrozole 2.5, 6 monthly IV Zoledronic acid injection, .and regular clinical follow ups with annual mammogram and Bone Desity check up.in Tata Medical Centre, Kolkata.
But for last 1 month I am experiencing excessive hair loss which I experienced before detection of the disesase also. There might not be any correlation with the disease but I am little bit shaky about it. My LFT, Renal profile, TSH levels, Blood sugar level, Bone Dessity level, Ca Level are within normal range, Hb is 13.6 gm.
Oncologists in the forum are requested to kindly advise on such excessive hairfall.
