My mother's breast tumor (breast removed)operated on 28 may and stiches removed on dated 13 june. But, at time of removal there was some scar or gap in some part of stiches. I am very afraid that whether it will be created any problem whereas dressing is going on daily. Doctors told that it will take 15-20 days to heal. Pls suggest me that what should be done in this regards.

I am sure if Suregon has seen the wound and he is not worried then everything is fine . Follow your doctors advise. I did have some gap at the surgical site but it did heal fine .hugs and love for your mom

We would not be able to suggest here. To give a suggestion on a wound, a doctor needs to see it. We would advise you to be in touch with the surgeon who operated and ask him, what should be done and how soon does he expect the wound to settle down.
