My Mother (56) was diagnosed with Breast Cancer of Stage 3. 11 out of 17 lymp nodes positive. ER and PR positive and Her2 negative. She underwent Mastectomy, Chemotherapy. Now her Radiotherapy will start in 2-3 days. Our oncologist told us that in third stage there are high chances of relapse in future,. I want to lower the chances of relapse/recurrence. I was researching on net and learnt about Immunotherapy. It is recently started in India (in Delhi called as "Dendritic cell Immunotherapy"). Please tell me that does it really reduces the chance of relapse in future. Should my mother go for that ? Our Surgeon said it is not needed but as i have noticed cancer reoccurs in most of patients. please guide me ....

Immunotherapy is still in trial settings and is not commercially available.
The so called 'immunotherapy' and other similar therapies which many quacks in India claim to offer, are unproven and simply take advantage of a cancer patient's emotional status, nothing more. Their labs where they work are not even certified.
I would advise you to stay away from such unproven therapies and stick to what has been proven over time.
